FULL INTERVIEW WITH CHAD CORNELL and MAYA TIWARI

Maya Tiwari was an internationally renowned spiritual teacher, Ayurveda expert, author, and humanitarian. She was born in India and spent her early years studying Vedic scriptures, Sanskrit, and Ayurveda. In her youth, she was initiated as a monk and received the title of "Veda Visharada."

She later moved to the United States and founded the Wise Earth School of Ayurveda, with the aim of spreading the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to the Western world. Maya Tiwari played a significant role in popularizing Ayurveda and promoting its holistic approach to healing and well-being.

One of her most well-known books is "Ayurveda: A Life of Balance," which has become a widely respected guide to understanding and applying Ayurvedic principles in daily life. Her teachings emphasized the importance of living in harmony with nature, following a balanced lifestyle, and nurturing a deep spiritual connection.

In addition to her work in Ayurveda, Maya Tiwari was also an advocate for environmental conservation and women's rights. She established the Mother Om Mission, a nonprofit organization focused on helping women and children in need.
